Less than a week after the Redskins released him, Ricky Jean-Francois has found some suitors.

The Chicago Bears entertained former Redskins defensive lineman Ricky Jean-Francois on Saturday, a visit that included a few tweets that had Bears fans assuming a contract announcement was imminent.

Either way, it appears he's got some leads on finding a new job.

The Bears have signed John Jenkins as a free agent this offseason while Cornelius Washington left for the Lions.

Jean Francois, a 2009 seventh round draft pick of the rival 49ers, won a National Championship at LSU. Like current Seahawk defender Cliff Avril, he is of Haitian decent and feasts on opposing quarterbacks. He has familiarity with defensive coordinator Vic Fangio; Jean-Francois played for the 49ers in 2011-12 when Fangio ran the defense.
