The weather forecast for today will certainly be making it feel like spring. That's welcome news for those who were anxious about the possibility of more snow ahead of the Allentown St. Patrick's Day Parade which steps off at 1:30 p.m. today in West End Allentown. Tomorrow looks to be dry and we are expecting a repeat performance of the weather from today. Highs only get into the 40s for Wednesday with breezy conditions, but it's right back to the 50s heading into the end of the week. Clouds increase throughout tonight and there is a chance for on and off showers from midnight until sunrise. Temperatures will continue a slight warming trend to a high of nearly 50 degrees under mostly sunny skies - a forecast closer to what is expected this time of year. For the next few days we will have at least a chance for showers or storms. That low looks to lift off towards the Great Lakes over the weekend and swing a cold front through the state. This track, will keep Alabama in the warm sector, and could mean thunderstorms for Alabama.
Sct'd showers and storms will be likely through Tuesday evening, 40%. The system should exit the area by Sunday.
