State Trooper Richard Barnard responded and discovered the victim, a 51-year-old man from Salem.
Massachusetts State Police are investigating the incident. MacIntyre was employed as the manager at Crosby's Market at the time of his death.
The body of a man believed to have been ejected from his truck during a collision was found in the woods by a Department of Transportation worker Sunday morning.
The man was non-responsive and suffered from serious injuries.
According to a press release from Manchester Police, MassDOT employees called in the single-car crash around 7:30 a.m. on the Pine Street northbound onramp.
MacIntyre was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Authorities believe the driver lost control of his auto while on the ramp and crashed through the guardrail. The pickup truck rolled over, ejecting MacIntyre, and then continued into the woods.
No further information on the crash is available at this time.
