"We will be fighting to win every game".

Having already introduced himself wearing an unashamedly flamboyant suit, and promised to give Granada's current squad "a kick up the arse", Adams has now set about bringing in a healthy dose of English graft.

Arsenal legend Tony Adams is enthusiastic about shaking things up at his new club Granada, as he aims to keep them in La Liga.

Adams is vice-president of DDMC - a company owned by Granada president John Jiang - and has been working with the Spanish outfit since November.

Adams oversaw training on Wednesday morning - the first of the day's two sessions.

This morning, Kieran Richardson & Nigel Reo-Coker joined the first team squad for training, during a trial period with the club.

The 50-year-old's last managerial role was with Azerbaijani club Gabala FC back in 2011, before that he managed Wycombe Wanderers and had a brief stint as Portsmouth boss in 2008.

32-year-old Reo-Coker, who played for West Ham, Aston Villa, Bolton and numerous others, was most recently on the books at MLS side Montreal Impact.

Former England global Richardson began his career at Manchester United before moving to West Brom (loan), Sunderland, Fulham, Aston Villa and Cardiff City.

Richardson, 32, has been without a club since he was released by Cardiff a year ago.
