Codenamed "Ocean", the HTC U has been making the rounds for a little while now.

The HTC U Ultra is being praised for its attractive looks, and that's about it. Sporting a glass exterior, the HTC U will have "Edge Sensors" which will help you to scroll through the apps and more whenever the phone releases officially.

According to a tipster, the much rumored HTC U, aka Ocean, will come in a dual-SIM variant as well.

HTC U will be the third phone in its U series, following the HTC U Play and HTC U Ultra, which launched in January.

Simply known as the HTC U the device will be have Gorilla Glass on both the front and back and by the look of a leaked image it will look remarkably like the new HTC U Ultra. On his Twitter account, Evan Blass shared the first credible photo of HTC's smartphone. Another bit of info passed along by @LabTooFeR has to do with the 3.5mm earphone jack that used to be standard equipment on a handset. There is no word on when the HTC U will be unveiled but we'll keep an eye out if more details emerge. Although it was previously believed that the smartphone would come with a bezel-less display, however, it does seem there will be significant bezels on the phone, unlike the Galaxy S8 or LG G6. The feature allows people to get things done by squeezing the touch-sensitive frame with varying degrees of pressure and short or long periods of time. However, we do hope that HTC's device tested that and ruled it out thoroughly. As for the camera, the HTC U will rock a Sony IMX362 sensor on the back with 12MP, while the selfie shooter will be a massive 16MP IMX351. The 5.5-inch display, the Snapdragon 835 processor, the 4 or 6GB RAM, and the 64GB or 128GB internal storage are just some of the few reasons why a lot of people find it interesting.
