Having said this, it is worth noting that the smartphone is now available only in the US via US Cellular, and we still have no information about the device's global availability. Launched on Tuesday, the Blade Max 3 is exclusively available through US Cellular for $199.
The ZTE Blade Max 3 is seen sporting a dual camera setup at the back with a fingerprint scanner situated below it. Dual rear cameras - a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP companion camera that captures color data - can take pics in all lighting conditions, and a 5MP front camera handles selfies.
When it come's to camera, ZTE Blade Max 3 has a powerful 13 MP + 13 MP dual camera for flawless snaps and a 5 MP front camera for clear selfies. The handset is powered by a powerful processor - GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 that comes along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory that is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.
Interestingly the smartphone also has a DAC which is nothing but Digital-to-Analog Convertor. The device also houses a 3,990 mAh battery, which ZTE says can offer up to 26.6 hours of talk time. This can be achieved with the help of headphones. There is also the provision of buying it for $12.5 per month for two years in the US. The reason is unknown for it not being updated to Android 7 OS.
While US Cellular doesn't make a note of the phone's RAM capacity, the product probably carriers at least 2GB.
With high-end smartphones attracting much of the attention from tech press and users alike, ZTE has quietly and steadily held the fourth spot in the top smartphone vendors in the US.
