We recently took a tour of the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest, and if you're a Harry Potter fan, we can't recommend it enough. "Originally auctioned for @englishpen, the owner supported writers' freedoms by bidding for it", read her post.

The one-of-a-kind collectible postcard was originally "purchased to raise money for charity" by an investment backer for around $32,000 Dollars.

"The prequel, set shortly before the birth of Harry Potter, centers on his father, James, and his mentor, Sirius Black". Rowling has focused on several Potter-adjacent projects in the last few years, including penning the script for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, a story that exists in the wizarding world. According to the New York Daily News, the handwritten notecard with a single prequel story written on the front and back was stolen back in April from its rightful owner, who had won the document in an auction.

The novelist has insisted she is "not critical" of the Harry Potter author, 51, as she backtracked on her comparison between the latter and Kim Kardashian.

The Harry Potter prequel, handwritten by J.K. Rowling on a postcard, sold at a charity auction in 2008 and benefited two charitable organizations, English PEN and Dyslexia Action. In 2007, the author hand-wrote seven copies of her story-within-a-story, The Tales of Beedle and Bard, and one sold for $3 million at Sotheby's.

"The only people who will buy this unique piece are true Harry Potter fans".

West Midlands Police said Friday that it was stolen, along with some jewelry, during a burglary in Birmingham, central England between April 13 and 24.
