STEVE HARVEY is reportedly being sued by his second ex-wife, Mary Shackelford, for $60 million dollars.

She also accused the ubiquitous television host with "soul murder", which she described as being "achieved by a combination of torture, deprivation, and brainwashing", said E! But Mary is alleging that her life was ruined as a result of the split, which has caused her to have suicidal thoughts and to "self-medicate to cope".

Shackelford filed the legal papers through her civil rights activist and not an attorney and back in April she claimed that she had never actually received her divorce settlement after their divorce was finalized. According to TMZ, the woman adds: "All was [lost], Mary L Harvey was dead".

Not only was she given $1.5 million, but she was also awarded three homes.

"The suit is rambling at times, but Mary's main point is she's emotionally and physically destroyed after losing her son, her businesses, and the joy of Mother's Days", summarized TMZ. I want him charged with a constitutional rights violation, falsifying documents, perjury, contempt court, embezzlement, extortion and collusion.

"I don't want to be perceived as someone cruel and evil, vindictive and bitter because that's not who I am".

Comedian and TV personality Steve Harvey is facing a number of allegations leveled against him by his ex-wife, Mary L. Vaughn.

Reps for Steve Harvey have not commented on his ex-wife's latest claims.

Her complaint alleges she was subjected to "prolonged torture with the infliction of severe mental pain and suffering", during her marriage to the 60-year-old Miss Universe host, with whom she has a son, Wynton, 19.
