The company has already announced the Moto Z2 Force, Moto Z2 Play, Moto G5, Moto G5S, Moto C and Moto E4 - and most of these phones also have Plus size variants. Motorola has a knack of teasing smartphones ahead of their official launch, and they are doing the same this time as well. Moto X4 will bring plenty of additional features as the technology world has becoming more competitive and for this reason, one has to come with extraordinary features to explore the world well within the hands. Now Motorola may make that list even longer if it brings back the Moto X series, which hasn't seen a release since the Moto X Force in 2015.

According to latest reports and leaked specifications, the Moto X4 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC. The phone will be sold out with different RAM size and memory storage. The price of the new Moto X4 starts at € 350, and the question immediately arises - for what? The phone would sport a 12 Megapixel + 8 Megapixel sensors to take the sharp digital photos within the phone. A dual-camera setup is found in back featuring both a 12MP sensor and an 8MP wide angle sensor.

The selfie cam is a 16 MP unit with f/2.0 aperture and 1.0µm pixel size, which will support 4K video recording at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps.

Other rumored specs include a 5.2-inch FHD screen, IP68 dust and water resistance, and Adreno 508 GPU. Earlier we saw seemingly sketchy images of the handset leak but thanks to an exclusive source, we can now confirm all the details around Motorola's upcoming mid-range flagship.

The entire package will be powered by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery that also comes with Motorola's TurboCharging feature, which Motorola says will offers hours of power off just minutes of charge. In Europe, North America and Latin America, the handset will come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, while in the Asia Pacific region, the Moto X4 will come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
