It is expected that the rumored Xperia XA2 will replace the first-generation Xperia XA that was launched a year ago; however, it is important to note that once again Sony hasn't given its official statement about the device cleared by the FCC whether it's indeed the upcoming improved version of Xperia XA or not.

There are many speculation and rumors regarding Sony's upcoming android, claimed to be the successor to last year's Xperia XA. As per the reports, the Sony's upcoming device with FCC ID of PY7-84773W has got the all necessary approval from Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that regulates interstate and worldwide communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in the US.

Lately, there have been lots of rumors and leaks about an alleged Sony Xperia XA 2017 with the name Sony Pikachu.

It has been anticipated that this phone might be unwrapped at MWC 2017 in Barcelona later this month. Unfortunately the filing doesn't tell us anything about the specifications or features of the device. The RAM would be between 3GB and 4GB.

Androidheadlines gives a report that some of other specs of the upcoming Sony's new Xperia XA include a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm audio port. Finally, it is speculated that this Sony Xperia XA of 2017 will have a price of around 300 dollars. That's equivalent to around $320, £258, €302, or Rs. 21,500.

Do remember that all of the above is unconfirmed until Sony chooses to officially unveil the device. We'll bring plenty of news from MWC so do check back with us.
